Stop at one of those food stalls on the sidewalk, you can find noodle soups such as pho, spring rolls, banh canh (crab tapioca noodle soup), or Banh Mi (Vietnamese sandwich), or sticky rice (xoi) has as many variants as you can imagine. For example, (Xoi Xeo) – sticky rice colored yellow, topped with fried onion and ground mung beans, or (Xoi Ga) – white sticky rice with steamed pieces of chicken…
The street food in Vietnam is amazing. Vietnamese food is invariably tasty, fresh and healthy. Eating on the street is the most exciting, and truly experience daily life in Vietnam, that’s where you’ll find the best food.

Vietnam is the second largest coffee export to worldwide, and has an excellent coffee culture. The Vietnamese coffee is rich, flavorful, sweet and perfect on a cool day.

Vietnamese drip coffee (cafe Phin) was brought out with a layer of condensed milk at the bottom of a small, clear thick glass, with a stainless steel Phin Vietnamese filter sitting on top. When coffees were done dripping, stirred them to combine the coffee and condensed milk. You can add ice to your coffee depending on whether you like hot or ice coffee.
